The red Club sport with a supercharger was sold few months back out of NY for around $5500. I was talking to that guy. In my opinion their prices are a bit high, to say the least.

Private party vs retail. At a dealer your always gunna pay more.

Bimmers R Us is a complete shop dedicated to BMWs and Minis. Every car they put in their showroom has been given the detailed 'Wheeler Dealers' treatment; accordingly they're looking to make a nice profit on each.

Their sales manager "Factory Jack" Zickrick is a stickler for genuine BMW parts through and through on each restoration.

In full disclosure I do work at bimmers r us, but do not receive any sort of commission for these being sold. Would just like to see them go to a good home.
And its funny you should mention factory jack, because I gave him that nickname.

Well, whaddya know? My name is David. I tried to buy the Hellrot 1998 5spd 318ti Jack was offering 3 years ago. It was unique. A base model with a sunroof and leather interior with only 29K miles. Jack would not budge from his $10K and wound up getting it from a local lady. Bravo for him!

Soon after I found my 1997 from the estate of a wealthy Chicago gentleman. Montreal Blue, 39K miles and automatic, infinitely more negotiable and my wife was more enthusiastic about it than a stick car, so I guess it all came out fine.

FTR, I am a St. Louis native. Boffalora is the name of the town in the Alpine foothills of northern Italy from which my grandparents came before they settled on The Hill. Walk up and down the streets of Boffalora and you'll see businesses with the same family names as those on The Hill.

Btw, I would hope that for what Jack is asking for those 3 'tis that all will have had a cooling system overhaul.
