Default Need advice on upgrading suspension

In the nutshell - want to upgade suspension on my car (on the budget). Now down to two choices:

H&R BMW E36 3series Comp. Cup-Kit Comfort Suspension-Kit (lowers 35/15mm) + H&R BMW E36 3series Compact Stabilizer-Set (F + R) at £520
or
Bilstein B12 kit (25/25 mm) at £445 + Eibach Anti-roll bar set at £250. Total £695.

Is the first kit so much worse than the other one? I am quite clueless in these matters and would appreciate any advice.

They both probably ride about the same (Bilsteins may be slightly better) but not worth the extra money. Also the H&R kit will give you a nicer (raked) stance instead of the even Bilstein kit.
