Default an optimistic listing

found this looking for some cheap roundels for my track car, sometimes I think it's okay to just throw parts in the garbage

That guy spent more time putting that auction listing together than the time that I'd even be willing to walk over to the trash can to drop it inside...

Here I have been wasting my time selling new ones... boy do I feel dumb.

The good news is that about a year and a half ago BMW changed the style of the hood emblem and I don't think they will wear the same... I'm hoping they last longer but the jury will be out for a few more years.

I noticed this on a replacement emblem that I bought about a year ago- the older style is almost like a resin, which will eventually start to crack and fall off of the badge over time; the newer ones are enameled and while they should not suffer this same problem under normal circumstances, I would think that if you wash/polish your car a lot, the enamel will not wear as well over time as the resin-type badges. But like you said- time will tell!
