1995 318ti Sport....I think I want it.

So I may become part of the club if it pans out. It's a 1995 Sport with 125,000 or so. I'm thinking that ain't too high for the year. He's asking 3500 with a set of Pirelli snows as well, a little high. Not really sure about the maintenance records but he's just finished doing a good amount of recent work-belts, radiator, shocks, brakes. I still need to get the VIN and run a carfax and I hope to get a pre purchase inspection because it's a days drive form me and I don't want to waste a whole day for nothing. But I needed to just be convinced of the purchase so have at it boys....what do ya think? Thanks for any input.
