Default trailing arm bushings....

so i'm looking to refresh my whole suspension very soon and was looking at these trailing arm bushings on ECS. What are the two smaller ones in the middle made by URO? They don't look like the rest of the trailing arm bushings. So do i need to get those as well?

And trailing arm refers to rear lower control arm right? Many thanks guys.
