Default heater control & cig. lighter lights out

hi, as the title says, my lights on my heater controls and my cigarette lighter have suddenly both gone out. The fuses are fine and so are the bulbs, but i cant seem to get them going. does anyone know what my problem might be??

Can't be of any help, but FWIW my heat/fan control lights work when they want, not all the time. Haven't looked into it yet
