Default 1998 318ti base 5 spd

Color is Arctic Silver
Body: 120,500 miles
Engine 89,200 miles

I'm selling it because I don’t need two cars. It is not cosmetically perfect but has been well maintained by myself. It has Bilstein HD shocks, Sparco strut bar and the front strut tower reinforcement plates. Clutch was replaced 6k miles ago and all fluids changed.

The car includes:
On Board Computer
Cruise control
Sunroof
Leatherette seats
Power windows
Keyless entry
Car cover

Asking $5400 obo and pics will be up this weekend.

+1, base doesn't have cruise control or a sun roof.

Who keeps spreading the idea that base models didn't have a sunroof? Totally false.

From my understanding they don't have it. There are some that had the option put on them. But the base models that i have seen never have a sunroof. My bad if i was misinformed.

I don't think so, I think the sunroof was standard and the "sunroof-delete" was an option, there is a poll on here that says that more people have the sunroof than not

Mine has option 401 Sliding/Vent Roof
That is part of the VIN description. So, I assume it came from the factory that way and the sun roof has an option number. But that does not tell us if it is/is not part of the Base model.

If you want to know what the car has, best to get the VIN # and let Mallord run the options.
