polished ds1s?

im thinking about polishing my ds1s, not mirror polish but the polish like they put on the single spoke ltws with red lettering, i did the red lettering in photoshop can anyone photoshop a light polish or find pics on a polished ds1?

might only polish the lips too, just tryin to see how theyll look

also, where can i find the bmw center caps that float?

float? you mean that stick out farther than the rim? I think bottlecaps have roundels that stick out

well i guess technically their spinners, but they have a weight in them so they stay perfectly upright all the time

oh, like they have in Rolls Royces

I haven't seen any place sell those, and I'm assuming you don't have any Rolls Royce rims sitting around that you could try to retrofit the center caps

there were a couple a few years back but their sites are gone, so i dono
im thinking all i need is the right sized pieces of plastic a weight and some bearings and voila, but i dont really know

we had a 6 speed hellrot 850 come in with them one day on the m parrallel rims and ever since, ive wanted a set haha
