NC 1997 318tiA 2500 obo

Got a 1997 318tiA in pretty good shape, the usual with headliner drooping some, but not a whole lot.
Window and sunroof off tracks, no leaks, no rigging.
New cooling system and everything like that,
Runs great, great car.
Kid on the way, so i can't afford to keep 2 2doors =(

can you confirm miles-breaks look like they need doing also-check engine and service?

Miles are correct, give or take a little bit making sure battery and everything stays in good condition. Service light just need reset oil was done 3weeks ago.

Last owner changed the brakes and messed up the brake sensor, but pads look good.

No check engine light.
