I will take a shell as long as the rear fenders and hatch are still attached taillights would be a bonus. I crashed mine into a wall while racing. | | | 08-12-2011, 04:55 AM | #2 | Senior Member Join Date: Sep 2007 Location: asdfasdf Posts: 10,002 | so you're basically going to graft halves of two cars together? just a warning, that's not a safe idea at all. I'd try to find a clean shell to swap your parts over | | | 08-12-2011, 05:05 AM | #3 | Senior Member Join Date: Jul 2010 Location: Riverside ,So-Cal Posts: 725 | Quote: Originally Posted by tiFreak so you're basically going to graft halves of two cars together? just a warning, that's not a safe idea at all. The rear supports that go to the bumper are bent and im sure the frame is bent also, though the car drove home straight as an arrow. I just did another motor swap to the car recently with lots of custom work done to the car in general. I work for BMW and would be getting it done at the our shop. I have seen much worse cars that they fixed with insurance money of course. I have alot of things going on right now and prefer to let them handle it if the price is right. | | | 08-12-2011, 06:17 PM | #5 | Senior Member Join Date: Jun 2009 Location: Miami, FL Posts: 874 | nice another ti driver near me, sad part is that here in south florida is hard to find a ti specially a wrecked one since most are driven by older couples as i have seen __________________ Mods: 325is zender spoiler, 3" carbon fiber antenna, 5% tints rear windows, black out grills, Fogged air intake, Ds1 wheels, Rokkor coilovers, bilstein rear shocks, blacked out tails and home made angel eyes | | | 08-12-2011, 11:58 PM | #6 | Senior Member Join Date: Aug 2007 Location: Monterey, CA Posts: 770 | I'll have my rusty shell up for sale here in the few weeks.
