Default DOT4 PLUS or DOT5.1 brake fluids

is it recomended for Ti-s to use DOT4 PLUS or DOT5.1 brake fluids?

according to my owner's manual DOT4 is fine

i am going to use the car on track days as well
will the seals be ok with modern or racing hi temp fluid ?
they are thiner than regular brake fluids

I am using DOT5.1 for both street and track. I do always change the break fluid before each track event. Sometimes I also bleed the brake system during a track event.
