Default Curious won't start issue

Battery was dead after driving the car only on a short trip once a week for several weeks, and also having the aftermarket stereo with 400watt amp turned way up during these trips. So, my fault. Jump start wouldn't work; obtained a charger which put a full charge on the battery - now the engine spins like crazy, but won't start. No hint of a spark.

When I first tried to jump start it, it sounded like a relay got stuck or something like, because there was a buzzing sound in the fuse box/relay area that wouldn't stop, until suddenly it did. Hasn't reoccurred.

In the last several weeks of use, when I'd start the car, the engine would start normally and run for several seconds, then the revs would drop and the engine would shake for a few moments, then the engine ran normally. So I figured it might be time for a tune.

Fuel pump was replaced around 5 years ago.

Any suggestions? As with many perhaps, this is not the best time for me to be towing a car to the Beemer specialist.
