I want one too. I saw a complete one minus the diff on ebay awhile back. Get ready to pay big bucks for it. The one on ebay was north of $1100 plus shipping from California. I'll keep an eye out but if I see one at a descent price....

I don't need the diff or half shafts.

Z3 trailing arms will allow you to run vented rear brakes, plus the Z3 uses a Torsen limited slip vs. the older style clutch type. If you got the complete rear setup with halfshafts, you wouldn't need to shim the rear ABS sensors.

Gotta give credit where credits due, I think I learned about Mcoupe rear trailing arms/vented brakes and Torsen diffs from BimmerBum

It has re-inforcement inside the subframe, so it maybe stronger... and it acts as a ballast weight for the rear end :P

I believe 98-02 M coupes and roadsters. S54 has 3.15 ratio vs. 3.23 of the S52 versions.
