Thanks in advance... | forget what the procedure is for adjusting tension (if any is even available) for ac belt. i just had all this replaced, but my usual shop did it because i had no time. possible tension need to be adjusted or tensioner replaced? how many miles on the car? what does the bentley manual say about tensioning that belt? | | | 08-10-2005, 08:12 PM | #4 | Senior Member Join Date: May 2005 Location: Malden, MA Posts: 672 | My AC squeks only when the HVAC control is on "2". I think it's pretty weird. | | | 08-10-2005, 08:51 PM | #5 | Junior Member Join Date: Jul 2005 Location: Columbus, Ohio Posts: 26 | My ac squeaks on speeds 1-3. I just turn up the radio and it magically goes away. | | | 08-10-2005, 09:06 PM | #6 | Senior Member Join Date: Jun 2003 Location: PA Posts: 822 | My AC sounds like it's moaning when it's running. It seems like it builds up pressure and after a while it releases the pressure and makes some funny noises. | | | | Currently Active Users Viewing This Thread: 1 (0 members and 1 guests) | | Posting Rules | You may not post new threads You may not post replies You may not post attachments You may not edit your posts HTML code is Off | | | |
