Default Water on Pass Side

Hey I seem to have a water leak coming in from my pass side. i cannot seem to pinpoint where it is coming from. All i know is when i wash it or it rains hard water is coming in.... Is this a common issue on 96' 318TI fixes??? I am sure I just need to replace the weather stripping but not sure it seems to be fine.

thanks.

The drains are clogged.
If you run a hose on the windshield you should see water coming out along the rails under the car. There are some slots where the water comes out.
You can use a small screwdriver to clean them out.
