installed my new Sony stereo, amp and sub woofer.
sounds great and looks nice too.
Big thanks to Michael and Dave...couldn't have done it without you guys.
also, it was good hanging out today.

scored a new muffler for Zippy today...traded for it actually.
only problem is that it's a dual-tip polished job...so i'll sit on it for a few days and decide if i want to install it or not.

LIFE IS GOOD FELLAS!!!

Thanks Zach, I still have them. Getting the barrels re-powdercoated this week. Just got the bolts nickel/gold plated about a month ago. Got burnt out on sanding my other set of style 5's, but need to finish them soon.

Damn those black ones are sick!! cant wait to see them seriously they are the sickest by far!!, when i first bought my car i got into the euro style and your style 5's were the first set i saw, there was a post about them haha and a bunch of people kept asking the same question about the fitment and you put this super long post about it and just shut everyone up haha, also what color are the ones your sanding going to be?? my dream set would be black centers with gold lips and gold bolts on a black car

Gold centers, polished lips, black/gold BBS caps and gold plated bolts. I'm using the black/gold BBS caps off of my black style 5's. The black style 5's are going to get red/gold BBS caps.

I'm also thinking about selling the black style 5's and doing another set in Prima Donna.

Will do, as soon as the weather clears and I get some time. The biggest reason I bought it is that 'Bodo' (my '95 base model) got totaled back in November. I've been on the fence about fixing it ever since, but unless I can get a killer deal on the bodywork (it's around $4k in damage, according to Allstate, and they're not even factoring in the busted motor mount from the accident) from my friend that owns a body shop, I may just strip it. I already miss the sound of the M42 vs. the M44.

I hear you and we should hook up one of these days, there are a few of us that live in the area that are active. eurohb and even Marv17 might up to it. Keep us posted on the new ride and if you are going to part out the other car, you should give us first shot since we are local

Man that looks sweet. I want one too!! I think they are around $300. No? I found a site that sells the M-Tech Spoiler for that price. Regardless, your ride looks clean. Do you have more exterior/interior pics?
