Default Windshield wipers not working

Hi, I have a 1995ti and my windshield wipers didn't turn on the other day. I have seen posts about the intermittent feature not working, but mine don't turn on at all. I do hear something (the motor maybe) near the glove companrtment when I turn them on. Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks, Barb

Your wiper motor is on the drivers side, not the passenger side. Check your fuse and check to make sure that there is nothing jammed where the motor or wiper arm bases are, that could make them not move and fry the motor.

Check the blades havent come lose from spindles, mine did while I was driving in the pouring rain, just need to lift the covers and tighten the nut (make sure the blades are positioned correctly first).
