Anyone tried JBL GTO speakers?

Just wanted to hear your guys opinion on these JBL GTO speakers in 5 1/4 component speakers. I'm thinking about replacing the front speakers with this brand. And picking up the 4" MB Quart for the back.

I have them in my compact. Dont get tthese speakers, they s@ck. Poor sound quality.

S#!t i wish i would have read this earlier, i just bought these damn speakers I'll have them installed tomorrow. I wish I would of gotten a nice 4" mid ranger speaker for the back instead of a 2-way speaker....oh well, I'll test them tomorrow. I'm thinking about those MB Quart on ebay for the back....

Hey these speakers arent bad! Had them installed today 5.25" 2 way component in the front with tweeter and cross-over. And oddly instead of 4" in the back I put in 5.25". Got better sound then out of a 4".
All I need now is Sub for some of that Drum n Bass or Electronic Music.

I have 2 4inch kennwood speakers in the rear, I love the bass!

I want to get 2 more for the front, and something to replce the doorpannel speakers.

got jbl front, door, rear and 2 x 10" subs. they are excellent sound quality! depends what your powering them with, i have a jbl 700 watt amp and a 4 x 60 watt alpine headunit. it's the best quality system i've ever heard in a car i've sat in. i've spent about a grand in total. i dont know what that guys talkin' bout!
