I use that for covering the seats during love making!......Some College student from Watkins Glen NY told me about it!...LOL

It's an OEM BMW trunk liner for the ti. Has a raised lip on the edge so spills are contained, it fits all of the contours in the rear hatch area, and it keeps the carpet underneath looking new. They may be discontinued by now...

part # is 82129413180, still shows as available from some places for about 50 bucks, BAVauto has similar aftermarket but double the price.

That p/n is different than the one on mine, but part numbers get superseded all the time, so maybe that's a newer p/n? The p/n on mine comes back as invalid, but it has an embossed BMW logo on it and the p/n is right next to it, so I'm pretty sure it's legit.
