Default Greetings from a new member!!

TI ORG: Greetings from a new member!! I have followed the ORG for a couple of years now. I have enjoyed may of the the tech articles that have been posted by many of the members. I am impressed with may of the seasoned racers and mechanics that share on these pages. A little about me... I have only been envolved in the BMW world since 2000. We bought our first BMW, a 2001 Z3 3.0 Hardtop Roadster with performance package, in August of 2000. The M roadster was not available at the time we ordered our first BMW...much to my dismay. The following year I bought my first ti, a 1996 with active package, for my youngest daughter's first car. The following year, 2003, I bought our second ti, a 1996 Alaska Blue M Sport, which became my primary driver. Early last fall my daughter managed to roll and total her 1996, which I have bought back from the Insurance company. After the roll over I bought a third 1996 ti, Artic Silver M Sport, which I was reconditioning for my daughter. In the mean time, as I was working on the latest 1996 M Sport, I found the ti I had been looking for over the last three years...a 1999 White M Sport with Five Speed. The car was a single owner vehicle in Philidelphia with only 37,500 miles on the clock...we bought this one also. I have now given my 1996 Alaska Blue M Sport to my daughter for her college transportation. Now I have more projects for the week-ends than I have time...but that is the fun of driving and owning the little "Trunk Impaired" ti BobTails. I have been drooooling over the package that M3Frazier has offered for sale on this site. Would love to have that combination in my 1996 Artic Siver M Sport. More to come later and Thanks for listening. bimmer_dad

Wow, first response was a daughter comment

Sounds like you have a nice stable and a love for the cars.

Really, we would like to see pictures of the cars.

Welcome!

No if you look close it was a late night photoshop, I couldnt sleep, its basically just to give me an idea of when I finally do paint the cars bottom half I was thinking just going for the black moldings too. If you look close you can tell its a very bad photoshop...im not that great at it.

So is the lowering job via photo shop also? It looks great. Nice way to find out if you would like a mod or not. Of course, Techno Violett is the only way to go ...
