If the leatherz one sits a little too low, make an extension plate, simplist thing to do. With the OEM unit, don't you loose the cup holders? The leatherz complete set up has cup holders. Pay $250 to lose the cup holders. Doesn't make much sense, IMO. __________________ I'm back with a different 95 ti | | | 08-06-2006, 06:07 AM | #22 | Junior Member Join Date: Aug 2006 Location: nj Posts: 3 | will a 325 arm rest fit my ti | | | 08-08-2006, 05:27 PM | #23 | Member Join Date: May 2006 Location: NorthEast Posts: 91 | Quote: Originally Posted by jetblackbimmer 250 is ridiculous. However, you will notice from the pic that you do not lose the cup holder completely. Moreover, you will be able to lift up the armrest to access the rest of the space as well. The cost as you will see, will depend on what exactly you need. The armrest itself ($130.00), or the entire contraption ($225.00). I would contact them by phone for specific ?? | | | 08-08-2006, 08:57 PM | #24 | Senior Member Join Date: Apr 2005 Location: Hinsdale, IL. Posts: 181 | Go OEM # 1 if they have your color available. I had the LeatherZ model in my ti. It was good but a bit lower than OEM version in my M3. LeatherZ model may take up to 10 minutes to install - very easy. | | | 08-08-2006, 09:34 PM | #25 | Senior Member Join Date: Sep 2004 Location: Manassas, VA Posts: 4,129 | I think I paid $190.00 from the dealer for the entire kit. Especially how it connects to the center console... also: do I need to replace the whole center console from the cupholders back to have one? Can't really tell from the pictures... Thanks in advance... __________________ Silver 98 318ti Standard trans, Sport Package: 16" Stock Wheels, Foglamps, Sunroof, Heated Leather Seats, Bilstein performance shocks, OEM Sach's clutch kit, Dunlop SP Sport A2 225/50/16 tires, Alpine CDA 7894, Dual Rockford Fosgate 12" subs, Rockford Fosgate Amp, Leather Armrest, Replaced M44 engine with only 40k on it! http://www.geocities.com/evalha/bmwsmaller.JPG | | | 10-11-2006, 04:05 PM | #29 | Senior Member Join Date: Jun 2006 Location: SOUTH Jersey Posts: 1,085 | so, does the Z3 armrest, cup holder assembly work in our cars?
