Roundel Question Screws for them or what?

I have to replace my rear Roundel cause someone felt it necessary to make it look like my car isn't someone else's property, along with dents they put in my car.

So I got one from eBay, but it just has pegs, no screws or bolts on the back.

I haven't even taken the time to look how it goes on there. But did I get the wrong thing?

Are there screws on the back where it is held by screws? All I got were pegs.

No screws. Those pegs push into grommets. Just pull off the old one and push the new one on.
