Talking Decals on my 318i

Hey guys what do you think about this on a 318? I am thinking about putting this on my black BMW 318i.
I am thinking about editing it to 3 different shades of gray/metalic colors.

http://www.modernimage.net/html/imag...s/Kit090_s.jpg

let me know what you think Good idea or bad idea?

Kinda reminiscent of the LTW flags. If you like it then I say go for it man. Definately post pics once it's done.

i think if the you made the colors grey/mettallic on a black car....if the contrast wasnt too much, i think it would be really damn cool...

id like it better if it was kind of a faint grey, so the graphic is a subtle one...

but then again its your car...but i think grey/metallic on black would look good

The reason I want to do this, is because I saw an M3, in the BIMMER magazine, with a similar decal kit, grey/metalic color. It looked very nice, to me. When I find that magazine, tonight, I am gonna scan it and post some pictures here so you can guys see what I am trying to do.

Thx again

There's a guy on BFC, sweet///motion, that makes these transparent flags similar to the ones that are used on the M3 LTW, I really like them. The transparent red/blue "ghost flag" looks great on a black car, am considering getting one like this. Heres the link, scroll to the middle of the page: http://forums.bimmerforums.com/forum...ght=ghost+flag If you could duplicate this with the graphics you posted, it would look excellent. Anyone out there interested in maybe a group buy on the hood ghost flag?

Last I heard he stopped selling them. But I would love to get my hands on one like like DocWyte (from the post you linked to) has.

if you want to convert your ti to a rice rocket, than those decals look like a good option.

thats it, wings, bling, 'powered by' headliners, cleartails, and huge tips all around!
nah i'm just kidding, if you like it, go with it, at least the checkered flag has some semblence of a bmw icon. At least its not slashes, tribals, or konji.

one of the guys i work with just removed all the emblems off his brand new prius and replaced them with ferrari logos, hood, trunk, steering wheel, and all wheel center caps, 10-20% HP gain.

haha, ohh well, I guess in the end it would look like a riceburner.

So I am gonna forget the decals idea (its a waste of money anyways).
Thx for your feedback guys.

My supersprint exhaust, and Cosmo Racing CAI is coming this week, yay!

WOW Super gay! I liked the decal(only cause it resembles the LTW decal), but it looked pretty ricey still! If it was done really subtle, it would look better!
