Hello all. It is with some reluctance that I must post my project for sale. It is a 1995 318ti with a 3.2L six cylinder engine conversion. It currently has 184k miles which is the mileage on the six cylinder cluster. The actual mileage of the rest of the car is around 142k miles. The engine management is OBD1 using a red label dme from a 1994 325is. It uses the original radiator and 5 speed gearbox. No problems with either thus far. It also uses the electric cooling fan with a highly modified fan shroud for clearance purposes. The battery has been re-located to the hatch floor area. Extra features on the engine include Bavauto high output ignition coils, stainless six-into-two-into-one racing header and cone style intake. I have used it as a daily driver for the past 2 years. It runs very well and strong but has developed a habit of ingesting coolant, probably due to a bad head gasket. It also has a dented left front fender and broken left front sidemarker light due to a parking lot skirmish. The tin worm has also gotten ahold of the quarter panels and front lift points. I'm asking $1200.00 for this running and driving vehicle which is what I paid for it as a non driving or running 4 cylinder. My loss is your gain. The vehicle is located in Fairhaven, in southeastern MA. I can be reached at
