It has been raining all day, Got out of my car when I got home and in my passenger footwell there was a PUDDLE. i took out the matt and i could wring it out and just poured water everywhere.

The carpet under the firewall is not wet at all, its just the bottom.

might be the weather stripping on your door, do you hear any whistling or wind noise while driving at higher speeds with the windows up? you don't have a cali-top by any chance do you?

No cali top.

Its not door seals or sunroof, it gets wet closes to the transmission tunnel and towards the back of the passenger foot well. I have no clue what it is, but it is really worrying me.

really? if you were driving in the rain, might possibly be a hole rusted in the floor hidden under the carpet, but I'd be surprised if a car that's not that old would have rust that bad

Look under the car to see where the water drains from.
You will see a few louvers in the chassis rail.
Get a hose and spray water on the windshield so you can check to see if the water is draining.

When my drains were clogged I could see water pouring into my right tire well and eventually into the cabin.
Found lots of leaves stuck. Cleaned them out with a small screwdriver.

You can probably see it without jacking the car.
Just look along the rails towards the front.
You can feel them although they will be covered with the undercoating.
