Nothing against Steven, of course! He's just the messenger.

Update: five-minutes later one topic finally opened.

Any luck just logging in? Tried my normal login . . . waited . . . tried again . . . then tried the "account number/first three letters of last name" also to no avail.

Amazing to me how Steven can manage a vibrant functioning forum for years as an individual and the Club spends big bucks year-after-year and can't walk and chew gum at the same time.

Update: I even used the "forgot your password" link, received the same information I'd been trying to log-in with, and still can't log in.

No luck logging in, The Boston Chapter has had a decent forum for years as well. It's not as big as BFc or DTM power was in it's day but it works.

did you see the forum they had before that? even though it's slow, this is a massive improvement over the old software

Sure did. But that one was a replacement for one that was working just fine. All part of an expensive IT update the Club has yet to properly implement.

Log in is still slow but once your in the forum it is OK.
The new website allows members to reinstate their membership, change terms, renew early whereas the old site did not.

My main concern was getting a forum back up and running.
