Default Any experience with LM Radiator Flush?

Anyone have experience with the Liqui-Moly Radiator Flush? I have a couple cans and getting ready to service my system and change all hoses, rad, thermo, nasty plastic bits that are nasty to get to, etc. I must confess, my system has been negelected a bit and would like to flush...problem is the directions are in German and very limited.

Any ideas or experience?
