well if you want a M3 front bumper it is really easy to change. first of all, if you go to ddmtuning.com you can check them out. its about $100 or so for a primered M3 bumper. second, depending were in california you live you may be able to pick it up to skip the shipping charges. They have two location, one in San Diego and the other in Huntington Beach.
There are only 4 bolts that hold the bumper and place as well. its a direct bolt up which are located behind the bumper moldings.

On DDM it actually says 149 when you click the link instead of 100 I dunno why. so that would be 149 +(50 shipping) versus 194 + (25 shipping). pretty similar imo

You can buy the light assemblies (with the mounting hardware as shown in the above diagram) on ebay for around 50 bucks if you don't have them. You may also need to get number 15 (from the below diagram) these are the mounts for the driving (fog) lights. These are not in the fog light kit and they are not the same between the M3 and the ti bumpers. The aftermarket bumper that I installed didn't include these parts, you may want to double check (they are cheap). I suppose you don't need the ducts but if you don't have them you will have some open holes in your bumper and the L/H duct holds the ambient air temp probe. Ducts are number 20 in the below diagram.
