I received the clear corners yesterday. When I went to install them, I noticed that the eletrical plug uses three ptongs, but the recepticle on the clear corners is two prong. After contact the seller, it turns out you must use the original bulb sockets with the new clear corners, but buy yellow bulbs from a store.
That was very annoying. I hope I can buy the yellow bulbs.
Any one have the quick link to the rear brake light mod? The one to add the extra bulb to the brake light? __________________

true that...use orignial bulb sockets....just replace the housing...i got silverstar parking lamps...they have a blueish tint to them but flash amber...i couldnt find a good set of stealth bulbs that werent 30bucks a set...i like them...it isnt a really bright blue tint though...its not really noticable...its kinda a clearish faint blue...it looks good with the blue body of my car __________________ 1995 318ti Active

Some guy on Ebay, he sells all OEM Beemer stuff. The corners came with amber bulbs, but the bulbs fit the sockets included, and the sockets don't work with our wiring harness. So I must use the original harness and sockets, but buy bulbs. i had the same problem but u know i never got to buying amber bulbs and i also got the clears from the same guy on ebay. i been driving with those for about a year without any problems i got stopped by cops couple times but u know they never mentioned anything about the clear signals. __________________

I bought my clear corners off of ebay. I originally got coupe ones as well, and returned them for another set. Then I opted to purchase smoked corners. I think they look really really good on my black car. The clear white was too white. I resold the other clear corners on ebay.
I usually use white bulbs, and since the corners are smoked, they give ever the slightest yellow/amber color when I put the blinker on. Never had a complaint.
