Company name: http://www.o3bnetworks.com/ Time is coming near to replace the Ti, and this car looks tempting. http://www.cars.com/vehicledetail/de...6630/overview/ What's your opinion? Will be selling my Ti if and when I buy a new car. Mostly good for parts, but will pass inspection, and drives fine. Thanks Eric __________________ 1998 (July) 318ti, 5-spd OEM Armrest Blaupunkt Heidelberg CD50 CD Player/Compact Drive MP3 Player Diamond Audio 5.25" rear speakers Navman ICN 530 GPS BMWALARM.COM (with comfort settings) after market alarm system Magnecor 8.5mm wires M-Z3 Shifter/Momo Knob Burlwood Dashboard Stromung Exhaust X-brace Racing Dynamics Front Strut Bar Carbonio C.A.I. 17" Rial Rims Vader Seats/Heated/Lumbar Support M-tech Steering Wheel/Front Sway Bar/Front & Rear Bumper Depos/w 6500K Angel Eyes/6000K HIDs Clear Corners M3 Mirrors UUC Light Weight Flywheel/M5 Clutch/M3 Clutch Slave E28 3.46 LSD/Mcoupe Cover/E30 Flanges & Halfshafts UUC S.S. Have you driven in the NoVA/DE area before? It's nothing like NY/NJ where people actually know how to drive. Back to the car. No experience with them. Sounds like it's a garage queen. __________________ ...steven BMW CCA #146825 1996 BMW 328ti 2003 MINI Cooper S 2016 M235i www.bmwcca.org | | | 08-29-2014, 09:43 PM | #3 | Senior Member Join Date: Sep 2004 Location: Manassas, VA Posts: 4,129 | Does that mean I shouldn't buy a nice car.....haha? I liked the old ones, loved the look of the coupes. But that's just me. I like that it has a manual, but if you plan to do frequent commuting in the DC area (especially during rush hour), you may want to choose differently. I wouldn't say it was as bad as Chicago, but still not fun. I'd drive a slow car there: http://jalopnik.com/never-speed-in-v...-in-1613604053 __________________ '96 318ti California Edition- Montreal blue '68 1600-2-Caribe blue | | | 08-31-2014, 03:37 AM | #7 | Senior Member Join Date: Mar 2008 Location: Omaha, NE Posts: 737 | Wow. Good story (the Jalopnik article). I did about 2 weeks for DUI and their story sums it up nicely. I know what I did was wrong, and I plan to never drive after drinking again, but it was a good experience. Met a couple of good friends, found some good authors to read. But yeah, never get sentenced to jail or get a DUI ever. Not fun.
