I am planning to do a coolant system flush in the next week or two and was wondering, should I proactively replace infamous plactic parts #9 & #1? | | | 06-24-2009, 10:22 PM | #2 | Senior Member Join Date: Jun 2009 Location: Denver Posts: 111 | Seriously, I have no idea, but if you have to ask.... | | | 06-24-2009, 10:28 PM | #3 | Senior Member Join Date: Apr 2007 Location: Elizabeth City, NC Posts: 3,877 | It definitely wouldn't hurt to swap them out. They are pretty cheap too. It would be best to refresh the whole cooling system and know that everything is good but if you don't have a whole lot of cash to spend and the coolant is coming out anyway...why not? __________________ ~Dave~ 98 328ti Morea Grun slicktop 11 128i space gray slicktop 13 JGC WK2 Deep Cherry Search | RealOEM | | | | Currently Active Users Viewing This Thread: 1 (0 members and 1 guests) | | Thread Tools | | Display Modes | Linear Mode | Posting Rules | You may not post new threads You may not post replies You may not post attachments You may not edit your posts HTML code is Off | | | |
