Thanks for the support guys……. And yes Steve, this car is the one for you!
The TC Kline set up is new since you saw the car @ VIR last October. Its basically an E36 M Coupe that’s 400lbs lighter, has an extra 10” wheelbase (providing less “tail happiness”), and is much more nimble thanks to the fresh suspension!
I’d be happy to meet you in Charlotte for a test drive!

Good for you!
I hope I have the money the next time you decide to sell it.
A buddy of mine called me to let me know about a car he saw at VIR.

Go edit your first post before someone is disappointed by the time they get to this post.

studio2,
It's nice to see that you decided to keep the car. Would you mind sharing more info about your suspension setup? Specifically the spring rates of those coilovers? I'm looking at the options for my swapped ti and I'm curious to hear your thoughts and impressions of the TC Kline parts.

I've been very happy with my TC Kline setup......I used the double adjustable MCoupe coilover kit since the car has an M3 front suspension & brake conversion, as well as MCoupe rear trailing arms. Spring rates are 450 F / 400 R which I've found to be well suited for street use and most autocross courses which tend to be less than perfectly smooth.

Thanks for the info. As I mentioned, I've been thinking about those as an option. I'll need to find someone around here that can set them up properly but that shouldn't be too difficult. Now I just need to talk myself (and my wife!) into spending that much on this project.
