EBAY intake throttles S14 engine says fits M42

Is there an adapter available for this to fit the M42 Ti?

He says people use it on their M42s.

If it would fit and function properly with the Conforti chip I have installed, I think $600 dollars would be worth it even if it only gave a couple hp. The fact that it is BMW and it is so freakin cool looking is well worth the money to me

Realistically you need someone that can not only make up a spacer to fit it to the engine but you also need custom tuning. To do it right you could even end up having to adjust the length of the individual intakes to tune it to your needs. It would not run right with a conforti chip designed for a dual resonance intake.
