Cali Roof LEAK - still leakin PLEASE SOMEONE HELP

so i clean up all 4 drains with air today but it still leakin... PLEASE HELP guys... see the pictures....the leak is on the exsact 4 places where the 4 drain is but below....im thinkin if need some silicone to stop this f>>>N leak






this is on the front...in the back is in the same places ...very weerd,i cant see where all the water came in ??? i quess is from litlle gap in the drains???
any suggestion?

ok i found the problem!
all comes from 3 holes on the top...




can someone give me an advice what tipe of glue or silicon ( i don't know how is in english) sould i use for that... the original is black and very plastic...

Personally I'd see if you can replace it first.

yeah,that was very helpful but i still don't understand what is the purpouse of that holes there (1) (2) and the holder (3) on the pictures.... for some reason the water is find way trough that 3 things and for now i can't find a glue or something to seal it once and forever
