Default "fogged" airbox for a 95...perfect for this K&N filter

That is if this fits a 95 M42 airbox. Which brings me to an offer to sell my heat-insolated PVC "fogg" converted old airbox. This worked great prior to my DASC and cone K&N conversion. This is not a flimsy poor flowing dryer duct. This is a custom fitted smcooth interior PVC conversion to the stock box. Easily slid into place of the stock box using the existing rubber mounts. It is, however, necessary to remount the lower horn and cut the bottom horn bracket away on the 95. I just removed it, and find the sound output of the single horn to be just fine.

The intake opening is angled toward the cool air space below the radiator and will not be subject to water intake unless you drive through 2 feet of water. Even then, the 4" pipe will not suck water into the air box which further insolates the engine from water.

With this box, you can try out the change or swap between the two, or save the stock for resale. But my guess, you will leave it "fogged". This is ideal for someone wanting to maybe try "fogging" but afraid to permantly cut their stock box. If this filter fits the 95, you would have the best solution for a better intake short of goin DASC!

I can send pics to my album space if anyone request it. Didn't mean to hijack the thread, but this would have been what I would have put in my fogged box if I hadn't gone to the SC.
