Default have a question about using the 318ti.org logo

i picked up one of my friends old xbox 360's that was broken for 70 bucks and i fixed it
im gonna give it a paint job now
im going to paint the case red like my ti, and paint the power button like a bmw roundel.
and i was wondering if i could use the 318ti.org emblem listed here:
http://www.318ti.org/gallery/showphoto.php?photo=416
and paint it on the top side.
can anyone et me know if i can or can not?
dont want to get in trouble if i cant.

I think think your idea is pretty awesome and original and hopefully no one mind you using the emblem. I seriously doubt anyone would care if you used it though.

i'm with jgrimm on this one. i doubt its copyrighted. **** promotion is promotion in my view. you're more likely to get in trouble from microsoft for defacing THEIR logo lol.

Are you using high temperature paint? Also...while you got the 360 open you should install an intercooler in it! Haha jk
360's get so damn hot, they are like mini room heaters.

I was actually joking before, I never actually thought they made water cooling things... I just thought they just made small cooling fans. That thing is freekin ridiculous!!! Practically as big and expensive as the 360 itself!!

Technically it is protected, although I probably wouldn't have a leg to stand on in court.
As long as people aren't making money or uses are not fitting, I have no problem with it.
