In other news I got notified yesterday that they got the car into the shop and hoping to make a lot of progress by weeks end=D __________________ 95 318ti & 96 318ti Quote: Originally Posted by eurohb Im Jelly.. enough said. | Follow me on instagram: earlmeyeriii | | | 08-29-2014, 10:57 AM | #647 | Senior Member Join Date: Mar 2012 Location: West Bend, Wisconsin Posts: 1,055 | Stopped by after work to go over what all needs to be shaved and what I am looking for in the bay so they can get it just like I envision it. I also dropped off the other pair of rollers so that they can get me the Breytons back once they do the rear quarter work. It was awesome seeing the car up on a lift=) The doors are all smoothed out and ready for paint. I couldn't believe they were mine since they were so smooth. My drivers side wasn't bad at all but the passenger side had a series of ripples by the bodyline behind the mirror. I also peeked at a few of the other cars they are working on and the quality of their work is excellent. I am so happy I went with them for the work. They will be starting the bay next week so I will hopefully be throwing in some pictures as this progresses. __________________ 95 318ti & 96 318ti Quote: Originally Posted by eurohb Im Jelly.. enough said. | Follow me on instagram: earlmeyeriii | | | 08-29-2014, 05:56 PM | #648 | Senior Member Join Date: Aug 2013 Location: Germany Posts: 375 | Well you can't expect high quality work if you're only willing to spend a low quantity of money, so I am sure you're going the right way with your car. __________________ Want car parts? I would call Western Upholstery Supply and see what they have. I recommend that shop because it is local to me, not because I expect them to carry alcantara brand alcantara. It's worth a shot though. | | | 09-06-2014, 09:18 PM | #652 | Member Join Date: Aug 2010 Location: Denver, Co Posts: 49 | | | | 09-08-2014, 10:40 AM | #653 | Senior Member Join Date: Mar 2012 Location: West Bend, Wisconsin Posts: 1,055 | __________________ 95 318ti & 96 318ti Quote: Originally Posted by eurohb Im Jelly.. enough said. | Follow me on instagram: earlmeyeriii | | | 09-08-2014, 10:42 AM | #654 | Senior Member Join Date: Oct 2013 Location: UK, Kent Posts: 206 | Wow! It is coming along=) I did notice a few things to change but other than that it is looking great. I like the absence of the fusebox hole the most=P __________________ 95 318ti & 96 318ti Quote: Originally Posted by eurohb Im Jelly.. enough said. | Follow me on instagram: earlmeyeriii | | | 09-30-2014, 08:54 PM | #658 | Senior Member Join Date: Mar 2012 Location: West Bend, Wisconsin Posts: 1,055 | Z3 rack and Massive Booster Delete are enroute. Also found a radiator and ordering a Chase Bays Coolant Overflow once they get the bracket I need in stock. Nothing new otherwise __________________ 95 318ti & 96 318ti Quote: Originally Posted by eurohb Im Jelly.. enough said. | Follow me on instagram: earlmeyeriii | | | 10-01-2014, 12:16 AM | #659 | Senior Member Join Date: Aug 2013 Location: Germany Posts: 375 | Still enough time to finish the car for H2oi 2015. __________________ Want car parts?
