Seems like a good price to me=) It is funny that since that is more than I paid for the whole interior.

In other news I got notified yesterday that they got the car into the shop and hoping to make a lot of progress by weeks end=D

Stopped by after work to go over what all needs to be shaved and what I am looking for in the bay so they can get it just like I envision it. I also dropped off the other pair of rollers so that they can get me the Breytons back once they do the rear quarter work.

It was awesome seeing the car up on a lift=) The doors are all smoothed out and ready for paint. I couldn't believe they were mine since they were so smooth. My drivers side wasn't bad at all but the passenger side had a series of ripples by the bodyline behind the mirror.

I also peeked at a few of the other cars they are working on and the quality of their work is excellent. I am so happy I went with them for the work.

They will be starting the bay next week so I will hopefully be throwing in some pictures as this progresses.

Well you can't expect high quality work if you're only willing to spend a low quantity of money, so I am sure you're going the right way with your car.

Alcantara is tough to find and not cheap, as I'm sure you know. I would call Western Upholstery Supply and see what they have. I recommend that shop because it is local to me, not because I expect them to carry alcantara brand alcantara. It's worth a shot though.

I got some teasers this weekend=)

I am beyond excited right now.

I was told that the rockers are also repaired and shaved, the hood is shaved and rear for paint, and the welding work is done in the bay. Should have another good update in a few days

I can't either=) The crazy thing about the paint is that it isn't even cut and buffed yet...

Got sent a teaser of the bay in process yesterday.

It is coming along=) I did notice a few things to change but other than that it is looking great. I like the absence of the fusebox hole the most=P

Z3 rack and Massive Booster Delete are enroute. Also found a radiator and ordering a Chase Bays Coolant Overflow once they get the bracket I need in stock.

Nothing new otherwise

Please excuse my laziness but I remember you mentioned going with a m20 single mass flywheel? Is that done already?
