Went to jail!

I messed up. Real bad too. I got pulled over and went to jail. So on sunday night I went Bowling. Someone set off some stink bombs, and I couldnt take it so we had to leave. I was mad that we didnt get a refund. So as me and a few buddies get into my m3 I burned out. It was 11pm and the lot was empty. So I did a donut and boned out. A cop heard it from somewhere and went after me. I got pulled over on the freeway onramp (1/2 mile away). I smoke herb sometimes and we had just blazed before we went bowling (like 9pm). My car smelled real bad and the cop knew it. He pulled me out and gave my a sobriety test. I'll admit here, I was high but I still passed perfectly. So no DUI. Then he asks where the pot is. I realized I had my scale in the car, and told him that the pot was in the drivers door. He found the scale and the pot, then put me in handcuffs. He took me to Riv. County Jail...then off to Murrieta (called Southwest)! FOR POT!
I was schakeled and cuffed to a shaved headed gangster who beat up his 10 yr old kid for skipping school! Next to me on the bus was a guy who was chained to the wall. He was screaming and yelling about how he would kill us all, just like his girlfriend, if he they didnt let him go. I was so out of my territory. Within 10 hours of being arrested I get transfered put in general population with the rest of the speed freaks, crackheads, rapers, killers... 2 hours of lockup and Im already going to get beat up for looking like a rat (I was the only white guy with hair...and a lot too). So I called for a guard and was put in solitary. My friend Dave posted bail (500$) and got me out last night about 9pm. I am in a world of hurt and now I must start to fix the biggest mistake of my life.
Charges:Possesion of Marijuana w/intent to distribute 11359hs
_______Trafficing Marijuana 11360(a)

My car was towed and now my PEAKE is missing, and my black flys. The car costed 375 dollars to get it out. I did get it this morning.

I am still in shock and am stuck in a hole. Any help is appreciated. Thank you -Adam

EDIT: I've since QUIT! I loved herb since high school. I dont drink at all, alcoholism is far worse then a pot addiction. IMO.

So now I must sell both cars to help with a lawyer, pay bail back, tow fees, court and stuff I dont even know yet. I have been told by a few that have been there that I will get it dropped to a misdemeanor with a lawyer. I am scared a little but need to fix my life.

So I must leave BMW's for a bit, I will never forget this place and when its all over I will be back soon enough.

I must offer my car to the highest bidder and possibly ebay very soon.

I am having a hard time dealing with this so please be nice.

dude that sucks. how much did you have on you. probably would have been fine if he didn't find the scale. did you have empty bags on you?
I feel ya though. same thing happened to me last week except I got off.

2 ounces. 4 bags total were found through out my car. I also had my Palm Treo, Bubbler, and backpack taken.

holy moly. that would do it. yeah I got my chillem, an eigth, and almost a zip lock full of stems taken from me.

You really need to have a lawyer. One that knows what to do in this situation. It will make a difference. A friend got into a similar situation and he was lucky enough to have some relatives who were lawyers and they got the heat turned down to a more manageable level - good luck.

I know where I messed up. I just would like to take the next step to becoming a real man. I am owning up to my faults and realize that I got too deep into my habit. I just need to get some money togeather to pay for everything. I looks like my job for Steeda in Alabama is not going to happen due to court. And I am just in pain here. Any advice would help and If anyone knows any potential buyers I will negotiate a deal if they are serious. I need to get all of my responsibilities in order...which I have been lagging on for a very long time.

shiiit mang...that really sucks. cops deffinatly dont take lightly to finding weight/scales/xtra baggies in a bmw especially. get a good lawyer and i bet you will get it dropped to a misdemeanor.

related but still somewhat irrelevant... i got pulled over doing 75 in a 45 and the cop saw a blunt roach in my ashtray so he searched my entire car. turned up a glass pipe, about 3 grams of chronic and 2 hits of acid. to make a long story short, i bull****ted my way out of a sticky situation and after he procrastinated on deciding what to do, he asked me for a quarter and let me call my fate on a coin toss. luckily, i called the toss and got away stone free, i only lost my goodies...he even forgot about the speeding ticket. as for the acid, that was the dumbest mistake ive probly ever made just leaving that kicking around in my car... i havent touched it since.

phewwww... but anyways the best of luck goes to ya brah. dont let the man get you down.

Well if your carrying a scale and 2 ounces in your car thats not for personal use unless you smoke a 50 a day. Obviously the cop got the idea you were selling it with that amount and a scale. That really sucks man but you learn from your mistakes exspecially one like this.

well like i said on bfc i hope you get a good lawyer and drop the charges and sober up quick.props for owning up to the whole thing, and after reading the replies on there, i htink you know it was dumb to get into weed like that...

I am the owner of The Spot. A business I started 2 yrs ago. i sell everything I can make a profit on: cars, parts, ebay crap. I got into weed in H.S. and it progressed to an 1/8 a day. I grew it/split it/ and smoked it with a friend of mine that has Gastric Cancer but never really sold it. I have been so blind to the world, my family, my emotions, laws, and my life for way too long. I have an AA and an AS degree from R.C.C. and am enrolling as we speak into Fullerton. I just wish I would have Chose to quit and not forced to. I have been wanting to for a while now and I guess It may work out for the better. Wish me luck on this long painful journey ahead
