Default Hello from Oregon

Hi!

We bought a 1997 318ti a week ago. It's either base or active - sunroof, leatherette, black. No cruise control. 191k miles. This is my first, but my girlfriend's 2nd. (her original one is a 1998 318ti Cali Roof that has been sitting in our garage for almost 4 years...)

I wasn’t expecting to enjoy the car as much as I am. Looking forward to using this forum to learn. I plan on using some interior parts from our old 98 and mostly doing interior work.

If you want to learn something about the engine, ask away. Just replaced my head on the M44. This is a good place if you're looking hard enough for the info you want.
