Old but might as well update this after a summer of use.

For history...I come from mulit-link rear suspension cars where they gain negative camber like crazy. As such, I'm use to using a lot more camber in front then in the back. A semi-trailiing arm rear setup on the other hand...lesson learned.

Needless to say, the car was crazy loose simply because I didn't have enough negative camber in the rear to match it up with the front. I'm running -2.2*F/-2.5*R now and the car handles great. I'm using very little toe-in on the back then then almost 1/8" toe out up front and the car turns in amazingly well and then the back steps out nice and balanced.

Braking bias is great without using any kind of bias adjuster.

The 680F/950R springs are too much for typical streets though and give up mechanical grip when the road gets rougher. The valving seems good though and the car recovers well when it does find rough roads.

I also added the BMW Motorsports front X-Brace and it made a big difference up front.

I was going to build custom upper spring perches up front with a bearing setup but ran out of time when I originally did the coilovers. Instead, I used some torrington bearings on the springs. Bad plan as they have seized up since they are completely unprotected. I believe a couple coilovers companies do this as well and claim it to be a good alternative to the sealed bearing setups used by other coilover builders. They are not a good alternative though...
