Default Removing Door Lock Cylinder/Tumber on a 2003 model

I don't know if this has been posted before - I can't find it here. Feel free to redirect me if it has.

I'm looking for help on how to remove the door lock cylinder/tumbler on a 2003 model. My car's key just turns left and right with out opening the lock and unlock latch. To my suprise there is only ONE entry key hole on the entire car (which is the drivers side). A mechanic is going to charge around $90 to repair it.

I already know how to repair the door lock cylinder myself (I think) but it's not clear on how to remove the part of the door handle where the lock cylinder is housed.

Does anyone know who to do this?
Help

Thank you
