Anyone with an e30 please help

i have tried other forums that are specifically e30 related and them seem to be much less motivated to help me out.

i know you all are much more helpful and i am hoping you can help me


the past owner removed all the wiring for the windows so i need help wiring new ones.


can someone take a picture of all the wires going into their switch for the driver and passenger window.


but i just need to know which wires run to the motor and which wires connect to the switch and exactly what colors all those wires are.

To clarify, all the wiring for the power windows has been stripped, including the relay and wiring to the fuse?

forgive me for straying from the thread, but why was your car stripped so bad when you bought it?

well to answer both the questions....

i have not dug to deep to check how far it was stripped but his plan was to do a completely custom center console with a switch panel he made and i want to convert back to the stock look. i have already acquired the whole center console and parts to get back to stock because i like that look more. well anyways im hoping the wiring was just cut and is hidden in the wires under the dash somewhere.

just so he could use the window if he really needed to he had two wires ran to the battery so you could directly connect them to the battery to make it go up and down incase the door poppers failed and you needed in. (shaved door handles)

if the car is that stripped out, your BEST bet would be try to pick up a bentley for an e30 to help out.

the wiring and diagrams are top notch and for <$50 used you'd be hard pressed to find better help.

not trying to pass you off, but seriously they have helped me out GREATLY over the years.

will keep that in mind i do want a bentley manual for each bimmer i have.
