Where is it welded? Is the bar pretty close to the B pillars and the headliner? RCs look sweet, you still have the Fikse? __________________ ~Dave~ 98 328ti Morea Grun slicktop 11 128i space gray slicktop 13 JGC WK2 Deep Cherry Search | RealOEM | | | 11-19-2014, 01:43 AM | #155 | Moderator Join Date: Mar 2007 Location: Maryland Posts: 3,220 | I'll have to get some pictures, but it's bolted and welded on the sides and the floor. The sides of the side cushions going through to the wheel wells. It is very close to the headiner, and it was a pain to get mine out to recover it and put it back in. It is behind the B pillars, though, so I can recling just a tiny bit | | | 11-24-2014, 11:05 PM | #156 | Member Join Date: Mar 2014 Location: Detroit, MI Posts: 70 | So, that pretty much settles it. I'm going to have to steal the M3 mirrors from my donor car ... | | | 11-24-2014, 11:32 PM | #157 | Senior Member Join Date: Dec 2011 Location: SoCal Posts: 702 | Creative paint for sure! On the previous pictures it almost looks like the front as a bunch of post-it notes. I think clear corners might work better though since it has all that color up front so with the amber corners, the amber corners just blend in. With the clear corners it should lengthen the look of the headlights so it doesn't look so blockish. Definitely like it though. __________________ ***328ti Build thread. *** Even more important: SUPPORT 318ti.org! CLICK THE LINK ABOVE!
