When i went to the BIG HOUSE a few years ago there was a large out-pouring of support from the guys here on 318ti.org. I came home today to 3 boxes full of parts for my car (aka Zippy) that were purchased by Eric (cali-ti) and funded by several members of the forum. Let me tell you all how extremely humbled and grateful I am for the experience of seeing all of these sweet parts in front of me for the first time. So, this is a calling out to all of you that made this wonderful gift possible... THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!! your friend, sean __________________ Sean 1995 Active Last edited by teetime4one; 10-08-2011 at 10:39 PM. | | | 10-08-2011, 10:45 PM | #2 | Senior Member Join Date: Jul 2008 Location: South Central, MN Posts: 1,065 | It's nice to see a community such as ours come together and support their members. Sean, you're every bit deserving of such support. Looks like you have a good jump on breathing new life into your Ti __________________ | | | 10-08-2011, 11:14 PM | #3 | Senior Member Join Date: Sep 2007 Location: asdfasdf Posts: 10,002 | they're not on yet? that just means Eric was slacking seriously though, I'm glad I could help a little | | | 10-11-2011, 02:31 AM | #4 | aka Stabby Join Date: Nov 2004 Location: Mead, CO Posts: 5,336 | There are more (moar?) parts in the boot as well (power steering reservoir and lines, auto trans gasket and bolts, maybe others). Oh yeah, new battery as well (it's been outside the car on a trickle charger though since we believe there is/was an electrical gremlin). Once we (Sean?) get to the replacement of the positive battery connector, we can install the battery and see if there is still a drain (Sean was able to remove the aftermarket head unit he thinks may have been causing it).
