Subframe and arms are all painted and I started assembling.

Condor bushings in and swaybar endlink bracket mounted

I am still looking for a small case diff cover without broken fins to replace my current one. I can then open the diff and see why it locks up at 3 1/8th turns either way now.

I also took some time Saturday removing bits from the underside of the rear to prepare for wire wheeling any surface rust spots and then cleaning for the Rust seal.

Repainted the brake shields on Friday

Also found why my diff wouldn't make a full rotation. I must have bent this trigger wheel when I pulled the flanges out and the assembly rested in the housing.

I also attached the trailing arms to the subframe, bolted on the calipers/rotors, and bolted the diff in.

Saturday I bolted the axles on

I then bent and installed the brake lines. I still need to get the clips to hold them tight to the trailing arms.

Besides that I have been helping the girlfriend on a project that we just picked up=)

I've been out of the loop for a long time. Took some time to get caught up. Everything is coming together very well! Nice job! Keep up the good work!

I was finally able to apply KBS Rust Seal and then undercoat.

The wheels and tires came for my girlfriends e30 at the end of last week so we did a test fit in the rear last night.

Your cluster is missing some matte silver gauge rings... (IMHO...)

I'm not sure why but I'm not a huge gauge ring fan on our clusters =P

Finally got around to sandblasting my swaybars and getting them powdercoated. I also did the dipstick tube while I was at it.

Tackled a few things this weekend.

My passenger side door handle was hanging up on its frame like my drivers side so I removed it and remedied that.

I also removed the old Butyl tape from both doors. What a painstaking thing to do...

I also removed my brake pedal and added the oilite bronze bushings

The modified brake pedal went in after that as well.

I went to install the rabbit master cylinder so that I can bend up my front brake lines but I ran into an issue. The rear of the master fouls my firewall when it goes through my booster delete plate. I need to either remove some material from the firewall or source a porsche master that I know fits without any modification. I don't really want to take a dremel to the firewall but I may have to=/

It's been too long since I last checked out this Thread.

On a bright side - there's way more to check out now.

Oh, and I'm fairly certain you're going to love the package we just shipped your way.
