Default ???Questions about force induction setup???

Hi friends, as you know recently i install a MASC in my auto 1997 TI, is set to 7.5, but i planning up to 10, but now this are the questions:

1. How much is the stock gas psi, i read in the Chiltons manual that is 33psi, but 33 in idle or in full trotle?

2. I install a 12.1 FMU it up to 90psi at 7.5 of boost, what you think is the better setting of gas psi in idle speed?

3.Where i find a 3.00 pulley to a M62 eaton blower?(i'm tire for looking)

4.What year and model of BMW have a stock 25lb or more injectors than fit on M42 motor?(my intake manifold is made of M42 manifold)

5.What year and model of BMW have a 3'' or more air flow meter that fit in M44 plug?(i need to upgrade it fo more air flow and better idle)

6.Any of your have an Apexi to sale???

Thanks for read guys, i know i need more pieces like wide band and fuel controler and i planning to buy it soon but i need answer to buy and install all at the same time because i have 3 work, no much time and for now one arm (i broke one at gym lol)

Thanks from Puerto Rico friends....

1. The chilton is probably correct. I have a fuel pressure gauge sitting next to me, I should go install it. I'll post when it's installed (this weekend?)

2. Your gas psi at idel should be at the stock pressure. The FMU only needs to increase pressure under boost.

3. Chad (ZeroG) has pulley's for sale. www.itsallaboutspeed.com, They were made for the DASC, so I don't know if they'll work on your Nissan supercharger.

4. I don't know.

5. 1995 3 series. There are lots of 3" mafs for sale from 1995 m3s.

6. Good luck.

I'll try to get it installed over the weekend. I don't have anywhere to mount the gauge yet. I need to order a gauge pod yet.

you want to install "in car fuel gauge"if is yes be careful, my brother loose him car by fire by a fuel scape in the gauge. If is in the motor compartment i use "T" by Morosso($15.00) in the presure fuel hose before the fuel rail.

I'll be using an autometer fuel pressure isolator. Thanks for the warning!

FATHER -

I installed the fuel pressure gauge today. I'm at 33-36 psi at idle, and 77-80psi at 9psi boost.

I'll try to make a video sometime this weekend to show it better.

You have a stock 19# injectors? You have a FMU? Mine read about 40 in idle and 90 with 7.5 of boost, also i know that the anifold and fuel regulator on my kit is from M42, also my injectors are 21# so i know that i have a crazy problem with my fuel mix, but that i run my car only about 3,000 rpm, i pay the wide band, boost gauge and door pillar about one week i supose my items arrive the next week.

Bad news, the Apexi was bad, not power on, so i retur it to the guy, also i check at ebay, and are only for 250.00 but in Puerto Rico the people ask about 300.00!!!!!! for instal it and setup(the dyno run is apart)i think is a crime....

Dustent thanks for the info i'm more clearly about my fuel now, i think i have muuuuch but for now is ok until i install the gauges.. thankss, i post news when i install it...

I just got back from dinner, we took the kraut-rocket so I could get a better idea of what the fuel pressure looks like.

At idle and cruising, I'm at 33psi of fuel pressure. As soon as I hit boost, it's a huge jump up to 70-75psi under boost, all the way up to 80psi at 8-9psi boost. I am running the stock fuel injectors (for now). As far as I can tell, I'm running a stoich mixture. It doesn't smell rich and it's got a LOT of power all the way thru the rpm range. It pulls all the way to redline, so I know the ECU isn't pulling timing.

I'm using both the factory pressure regulator and the DASC FMU. I have the factory pressure regulator setup so it gets boost (which provides additional fuel pressure).

FATHER - You need to run the factory fuel injectors on your car! Your ECU is programed from 19# injectors.
