Need advice....

So I got a friend that is selling a 1995 318ti for $3000 has 14xxxx miles, AT, clean title, I think is a sport model since it has half leather half cloth seats but there is a few problems
1. the left fog light is stolen
2. the passenger seat's lever is broken
(does anyone have the same issue or know how to fix it?)
3. the passenger door panel lost some screw so it needs tape
( i guess is a easy fix..)
4. the sunroof sometimes functional
(not a big problem since i dont expect the sunroof to be functional at first..)
5. of cuz over the time there is some wearing on the leather and steering wheel
6. lack of some service records...
(is it a very big deal?)
7.....driver door and truck wont stay after open......
(hard to fix?....)

but overall the car is strong I've test drive it today at normal roads(city) every thing works and the engine is strong , and she is willing to drop the price to $2700...so do u guys think is still a good buy or should I bargain it a little more? and wht else should I check if i check the car next time before I buy?

yes I think that if you go on Craigslist any Ti listed will have the same problems. If not more. If you do buy make sure you do all the required maintenance. As long as your suspension and drivetrain are in good condition I think its worth the money. Of course without looking at the car its hard to make an assesment based on the overall appearance. I'm buying my car I sold to someone back for 1500 with a blown motor so I guess you can kinda use that to gauge your own purchase.
