Default Getrag S5D 250G change out

Not to kick a dead horse item....
I have a 95ti with 195K miles and it is now starting to pop out of 1st gear from a stop, intermittently, more and more.
If I purchase a used tranny, how can I tell if it has the correct guide sleeve in it? Obviously, I do not want to get one with this original issue.
If I do this at 195K, what else should I replace?
Thanks
Also the serial number of my transmission is 220.0.0225.97. In front of this and a little higher is 013 with 225 below. The rear shows 023 with 226 below. Can anyone decipher these numbers?
