Avatars not working

I installed a mod to enable a new smartphone app, forum runner.
Unfortunately I didn't reread the instructions and installed it in the wrong place. Moved things back and lost the avatars.

This happened with another site and was corrected once I restored some backup files.

I'm in the process of restoring files in the hopes that will fix the problem here.

Is forum runner any good? I am thinking about buying it for my android. What does it do?
