Unhappy Which transmission fluid to Getrag 220.0.0225.97?

Hi, my transmission doesnt have sticker with oil info, som Im little bit lost which oil to buy.
I read on some forums that I can use regular ATF, like Dexron III/Mercon. Is it safe to use or not? Anyone here with this transmission? Which oil you use?

Thanks for reply and help

Yeah ATF dex III is the way to go. Same for power steering fluid.

Just make sure you undo the fill plug before the drain plug incase you can't get it off.
